Scope of Work

• Interior Cleaning: HEPA vacuuming and dusting of IT infrastructure (server racks, excluding phone lines), cleaning and sanitizing non-carpeted and carpeted floors, stairways, ceilings, and walls.
• Ceiling Work: Removal and cleaning of drop ceiling tiles, cleaning light fixtures and HVAC vent covers, with an option for reinstalling new government-provided tiles. Includes closing an access point.
• Wall Repair: Removal, patching, and finishing of a drywall section to address a decomposing raccoon.
• Kitchenette & Office Rooms: Comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing, including appliances, cabinets, floors, and office furniture (desks, safes, storage closets, accessories).
• Air Quality: Sanitizing air using hydroxyl air treatment for odor neutralization.
• Special Conditions: 100% supervision for IT infrastructure cleaning. Work during normal base hours (7:00 am – 5:30 pm, M-F), with deviations possible with 3 days' notice. No services on Federal Holidays.
