• Contract Form: The contract will be awarded on SF 1449, not SF 1149, and will include applicable FAR, DFARS, and DAFFARS clauses.
• Plug Numbers: Plug numbers for CLINS X003 & X004 will be issued at the time of contract award.
• SCIF Accreditation: The facility is alarmed, and SCIF accreditation is irrelevant to the bid process.
• Scope of Work Changes: The PWS tasks are specific to the duties contract employees will perform.
• Site Visit: No site visit will be scheduled due to security concerns; the PWS is deemed sufficient for quoting.
• System Manufacturer: Primary manufacturers for alarm, access control, and CCTV systems are Monitor Dynamics SAFE and Genetec.
