• Support for AVEVA Citect SCADA, AVEVA Citect Historian, and associated communication components.

• Patching, updates, design, build, test, documentation, training, troubleshooting, management, and deployment of the SCADA system.

• Manufacturer support contracts for AVEVA Citect SCADA and Tridium Enterprise SMA.

• Maintenance support services, including software loading, programming, troubleshooting, system checks, updates, patches, modifications, repairs, and configuration services.

• Handling of access management issues related to SCADA users.
