Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies for comprehensive refuse collection and disposal services. Key tasks involve ensuring thorough collection without spillage, cleaning up spills immediately, weekly application of approved insecticide in and around containers, and cleaning/deodorizing containers as needed (minimum weekly from May to September). All collected refuse must be removed and disposed of off Government property at an approved site. Burning of refuse is strictly prohibited.
