Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To ensure the continued reliability, protect drinking water quality, and extend the service life of the 75,000-gallon steel potable water storage tank at Bandy Creek Campground, Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals for cyclic maintenance of the water storage tank. This includes:

• Tank draining and isolation

• Removal and disposal of accumulated sediment

• Interior and exterior cleaning

• Surface preparation

• Application of interior potable water coatings and exterior protective coatings

• Minor hardware repairs

• Installation of a remote tank level monitoring and SCADA telemetry system

• Return of the tank to service
