- Flooring: Replacement of carpet with high-traffic carpet tiles and installation of waterproof vinyl flooring in bathrooms for buildings 11-33 and 11-60. New rigid core vinyl plank and tile flooring for building 11-38.
- Bathrooms: Comprehensive remodels for Mod A (#11-33), Mod B (#11-60), and Range house (#11-38), including fixture replacement, drywall repair, new exhaust fans, lighting, and wainscot wall treatment. The bathtub in 11-38 will be replaced with a tile shower surround.
- Kitchens (11-38): Replacement of cabinets, countertops (granite or natural stone), sink, faucet, backsplash, lighting, paint, vent hood, and breakfast bar extension. Government will furnish and install appliances.
