Scope of Work

- Buildings #11-33 & #11-60 (Mobile Homes): Replacement of carpet (only in mismatched rooms, not living/common areas), installation of waterproof vinyl flooring in bathrooms, bathroom remodels (new fixtures, exhaust fans, lights, wainscot), replacement of 7 interior door slabs per unit (excluding specific closet doors), and new propane gas water heaters. An option item includes A/C replacement for Building #11-60.
- Building #11-38 (Ranger House): New flooring (rigid core vinyl plank and tile), bathroom remodel (tile shower surround, vanity, fixtures, grab bars, lighting), kitchen remodel (cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, backsplash, lighting, vent hood, breakfast bar extension), new propane gas water heater. Interior painting is required only in remodeled areas. Blinds are NOT part of the scope for this unit.
- General: Wall painting, baseboard/trim, ceiling tile replacement, blind replacement (18 windows), and final cleaning. The government will furnish and install kitchen appliances for Unit 11-38.
