Scope of Work

- Maintaining vault utilization at no more than 50% capacity and responding to emergencies within 24 hours.
- Removing garbage, disinfecting surfaces, washing toilets, and restocking toilet paper.
- Providing detailed service reports and ensuring waste disposal at approved treatment plants.
- Vaults are buried with above-ground access hatches, and all have a capacity between 800-1,000 gallons. BLM will not provide water.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price
- Period of Performance: One base year (March 15, 2026 - March 14, 2027) with four (4) 12-month option years, for a potential total of five years.
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services, $9M size standard). Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses are eligible.

Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a signed SF-1449 with all information and pricing, along with a technical response/data sheet detailing how the work will be completed. Include company information (Name, Address, SAM UEI, POC Name/email) and price in the package. Active SAM.gov registration and compliance with Section 889 clauses are required.
