Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Revision 01

• Prohibitions: Strict prohibition of alcohol and drug consumption while on duty.

• Damages: Contractor is liable for any damage to U.S. Government property.

• Security: Compliance with installation security regulations for base access, restricted areas, and vehicle operations. Personnel must be identifiable.

• Personnel: Contractor personnel must be able to communicate in English and be easily recognizable.

• Product Compliance: Chiller units must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including workplace safety, host nation/European regulations, and must be brand-new and fully functional.

• Warranty: A minimum 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.

• Fixed-Price List: A fixed-price list for specific BlueBox chiller unit series (Zeta Sky, Tetris Sky, Epsilon Sky) is required, and must be updated annually or upon product modification.

• Product Configuration: Supply calls will be configured based on type (only-cooling or heat-pump), hydronic configuration, and cooling/heating thermal power.

• Closeout Documentation: Comprehensive documentation, including EC declaration of conformity, operation/maintenance manuals, spare parts lists, safety datasheets, energy-related product certifications, and technical datasheets, must be provided in both Italian and English within 10 working days of supply.
