Successor models meeting updated low-GWP requirements will be accepted if technically equivalent.
• Pricing and Economic Price Adjustment (EPA): Prices are fixed for the 5-year BPA duration, but the price list can be updated annually per PWS §4.2 with adequate justification. The government will not accept calls on an unapproved price list.

Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Revision 01
