Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive preventive maintenance services to ensure all boiler systems are in optimal operational condition at the New Embassy Compound in Mexico City. Key requirements include:
- Scheduled preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and testing.
- Compliance with applicable local and federal Mexican regulations, as well as highest industry standards.
- Provision of trained and qualified technicians.
- Delivery of a written report in English, including system information, test results, and comments on system condition.
- Submission of a Safety Plan, Job Hazards Analysis (JHA), and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
- Adherence to a Safety Management Plan referencing US Army Corps of Engineers (EM 385-1-1) and Mexican industrial safety laws, covering PPE, training, permits, and hazard assessments.
- Work to be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding US Government and local holidays.
- Note: Repairs are explicitly not included under this agreement and will be priced separately.

Submission & Evaluation
