Scope of Work
The contractor will perform scheduled preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and testing for boilers at the New Embassy Compound (NEC) in Mexico City. Key requirements include:

Submission & Evaluation

- Technical Capability: Verified through written descriptions of procedures for combustion analysis, burner safety, water treatment, low water cut-off testing, preventive maintenance methodology, troubleshooting scenarios, controls and instrumentation, relevant equipment experience, and tools/equipment availability.
- Subcontracting: Offerors intending to subcontract must identify proposed subcontractors in their technical proposal, including legal name, address, point of contact, and relevant credentials. Subcontracting is limited to 10% of the total value without prior COR approval. Offerors not subcontracting must submit a signed letter of self-performance.
- Mandatory Requirement: Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission. Failure to register will deem the offer non-responsive.
