Submission & Evaluation

Proposals must be submitted electronically to Kasey Davis (Kasey.T.Davis@usace.army.mil) and copied to Robert Ellis Screws (Ellis.Screws@usace.army.mil). Submissions must include a complete and signed SF-1442, a complete Bid Schedule, and accurately completed Offerors Representations and Certifications. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. A bid guarantee is not required, but performance and payment bonds will be required post-award. Technical inquiries must be submitted via ProjNet using the updated bidder inquiry key UAGH66-GC3P9Y. Active SAM.gov registration is mandatory.
