The prime contractor must adhere to Limitations on Subcontracting (FAR 52.219-14), generally not paying more than 85% of the contract amount (excluding material costs) to non-similarly situated subcontractors for general construction.

Eligibility & Set-Aside

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). However, it is strictly restricted to current FY 25 MATOC contract holders for Mississippi River Levees, Construction of Levee Enlargements and Berms. No other offers will be considered. This notice primarily serves to inform about subcontracting opportunities for non-MATOC holders.
