- Electrical Upgrades: Convert two outdated electrical panels (in the entry stairway and attic) to junction boxes and extend circuits to one new, properly grounded electrical panel.
- Mold Remediation: Perform water damage mitigation in the boiler room, involving temporary plumbing removal, tearing out contaminated plywood and wet insulation, cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, and applying an antimicrobial agent. Painting of new plywood with two coats is included.
