Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary for comprehensive propane delivery and supply. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining usable fill levels in both Government-owned and contractor-owned propane tanks (minimum 20% capacity for tanks >30 gallons).
- Ensuring no propane outages occur on the installation unless approved by the Contracting Officer (KO) or COR.
- Providing and maintaining contractor-owned propane tanks and ancillary equipment, ensuring they are sound, safe, and fully functional within 90 days of contract award.
- Maintaining secure enclosures for all propane tanks.
- Accurate accounting, invoicing, and reporting, including weekly delivery reports.
- Compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and industry standards.
- Providing a Quality Control Plan, Safety Plan, and Environmental Plan.
