The purpose of this modification (#4) is to clarify/answer questions.
1. Please confirm whether the primary deliverable is:
a. A Life Safety Survey and new life safety drawings, including deficiency identification and updated floor plans

b. A full multi-discipline design, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection/life safety, structural, security, and other systems, complete with construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
A: You are to provide a life safety survey and new life safety drawings to include deficiency identification. An architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection/life safety, structural, security and other systems review will need to be completed to ensure all Life Safety Survey items are captured and an accurate deficiency list can be prepared along with the requested cost estimates. The existing life safety drawings will not be provided.
2. If a full design is required, please confirm whether the design will include:
Construction documents (drawings + specifications) for all required corrections
Detailed cost estimates for each corrective action            Â
Phasing, interim life safety measures, and constructability considerations
Submission requirements aligned with PG-18-15 Vol C as for typical NRM/Minor designs     Â
A: You will provide life safety drawings only for each building and will need to identify required corrections. These corrections may include improvements, repairs, and renovations to architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection/life safety, structural, structural, and other systems to our facility which should be captured as part of the identified corrections and the costs associated. Also, detailed cost estimates for each corrective action are required
3. If the intent is a survey-only effort, please clarify which of the following are not required:
Architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or structural design  Architectural drawings/floor plan with life safety features are required.
