Scope of Work

- Add additional grab bars where required.
- Insulate all exposed sink piping in public and patient restrooms/locker rooms.
- Include asbestos sampling and air monitoring as part of the investigation.
- Update finishes, including toilet partitions, as needed.
- Provide power assist hardware to as many restrooms as fits within funding limitations, particularly on the 7th floor.
