Projects may involve barracks, administrative facilities, maintenance shops, child development centers, physical fitness centers, food service facilities, airfield structures, utilities, gates, and warehouses. Specific trades include carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, demolition, roadwork, storm drainage, earthwork, and welding. This JOC is not for purchasing supplies, services, or Architect and Engineer (A-E) services. Task orders will typically range from $2,000.00 to $2,000,000.00, with an anticipated overall contract price of $20M over five years.

Pricing & Evaluation
- Pricing: Coefficients (Normal, Other Than Normal, Non-PrePriced) must incorporate all indirect costs, overhead, profit, taxes, mobilization, close-out, project management, construction vehicles, safety equipment, waste removal, cleaning, financing costs, business risks, permits, proposal preparation, and A/E services. Non-PrePriced (NPP) work should not exceed 10% of the contract value and requires verifiable documentation for items over $2,500. eGordian fees are the contractor's responsibility.
- Evaluation: Award will be based on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, considering Technical Capability and Past Performance. Past performance project magnitude should be comparable to the anticipated $20M overall contract price. New Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) are required, and past performance of affiliates, parent, or predecessor companies may be considered with meaningful involvement. A Bonding Capacity Letter satisfies bonding requirements; an offer guarantee is not required. Joint venture agreements and other executed agreements are excluded from page limitations.
