Scope of Work

The selected contractor will provide administrative support for Catholic religious education services, including:

  • Assisting the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious education services.
  • Preparing and tracking monthly calendars of events, facility reservation requests, flyers, and attendance reports.
  • Assisting in preparing program materials.
  • Preparing and tracking sacramental records in the AMS portal. Services will be performed at USAG Hawaii Main Post Chapel and AMR Chapel.
