The objective is to conduct a comprehensive cross-connection survey of Fairchild AFB's water system, including transmission, distribution lines, and in-premise protection, as well as Geographically Separated Units (GSUs). The contractor will inspect external and internal water system components, evaluate the adequacy of existing backflow prevention devices (BFDs) for compliance (physical evaluation not required), and identify deficiencies. The survey excludes Balfour Beatty-contracted housing units.
