Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• The survey will not address Balfour Beatty-contracted housing units; survey stops at the last BFD before the distribution line solely supplies the housing communities.

• Preliminary Report Submission: Within 45 days of survey completion.

• Final Report Submission: Within 90 days of survey completion.

This amendment (0002) provides responses to contractor questions, revises the Statement of Work (SOW), and revises the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (COMBO).

• Responses to Contractor Questions:

  • Q1: The government will NOT accept Cross-Connection Control Program Specialist certifications from the University of Southern California Foundation for Cross-Connection Control and Hydraulic Research (USC FCCCHR) in lieu of Washington State certification. Updated SOW paragraph 6.2.2 reflects this.
  • Q2: The government WILL modify the requirement for "all personnel" to hold the certification. Only the "team lead" (the individual signing survey reports) is now required to hold the certification. See updated SOW paragraph 6.2.2.
