  • Eligibility: This solicitation is ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN SPAIN. Offerors must be normally resident, licensed, and registered to conduct construction business in Spain. Non-local offers will not be considered.
  • Compliance: Contractors must meet Spanish legislation for government works, including specific Spanish classification certificates. Spanish material, labor, and equipment should be used whenever feasible. A two-year commercial warranty is required.
  • Financial: A Bank Letter of Guarantee is required within ten (10) days of contract award, with specific requirements detailed in Amendment 0001. Funds are not presently available, and bid acceptance should be valid through 31 Dec 2025.
