Scope of Work
The project encompasses the complete design and construction of an elevated water tank to meet fire fighting and three-day self-sustaining water storage requirements. Key work areas include:
- Civil Works: Demolition and installation of exterior fencing, trenching for utilities, new drainage system, and access road construction.
- Structural Works: Reinforced concrete footings, bracing beams, and a galvanized metal structure to support the tank, including ladders and handrails.
- Architectural Work (Building #558): Selective demolition, new steel door, brick partitions, and fall arrestor system.
- Mechanical Works: Provision and installation of the 800KGal cylindrical tank, underground potable water piping, a dosing system (chlorination and pH control), and an elevator.
