Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide non-personal services including all reagents, testing systems, equipment, personnel, transportation, materials, supervision, maintenance, and training. This includes:
- Two automated CBC analytical systems, one slide maker/stainer, and one digital cell imager for WAMC.
- Two automated CBC analytical systems (identical to WAMC's) for Clark Health Clinic and Robinson Health Clinic (one system per clinic).
- All analyzers will operate on a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) basis.
- All equipment and assays must be FDA approved for clinical use and new.
- Systems must interface with the MHS Genesis system.
- Provision of a data management system for quality control, patient results, and reporting.
- Installation, initial setup, operator training, and ongoing maintenance and repair services.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Evaluation factors include Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance will be rated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Offerors must hold prices for 90 calendar days.
