Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary reagents, testing systems, equipment, personnel, transportation, materials, supervision, maintenance, and training. This includes:
- Two automated CBC analytical systems, one slide maker/stainer, and one digital cell imager for WAMC.
- Two additional identical automated CBC analytical systems, one each for Clark Health Clinic and Robinson Health Clinic.
- All analyzers must be FDA approved for performing automated cell counts on body fluids (CSF, synovial, pleural, and peritoneal) to include WBC and RBC, as per Amendment 2.
- All equipment and reagents must be new and FDA approved for clinical use, interfacing with the MHS Genesis system.
- Services are provided on a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) basis.

Submission & Evaluation

- Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance will be rated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government and presents the lowest fair and reasonable price.
- Required Submissions: Offerors must complete Attachment 2 (Past Performance Reference form) and Attachment 3 (Cost Per Reportable Pricing Worksheet) for pricing across various performance periods.
- Quotes must be held firm for 90 calendar days.
Amendments
