Scope of Work

Deliveries are required within 72 hours of notification, Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays), between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST. An end-of-month ordering report is also required. Failure to comply with the Statement of Work or delivery schedule may result in forfeiture of BPA calls or termination.

Submission & Evaluation

The SF 1449 form is not being used; submissions should follow instructions in the combined synopsis/solicitation and provision 52.212-1.
