Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, project management, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment for site preparation, including IT Tower Additions (TR Towers), new data cabling, new fiber optic cabling, and TR equipment installation. Work must adhere to the 100% Narrative, Statement of Work (SOW), and all local, national, federal, and VA standards. Key requirements include:
- Providing an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) plan for VA approval, with hardwall anterooms required for ICRA Class IV enclosures.
- Phasing work to minimize disruption to veterans and VA staff.
- Fire caulking and sealing all new or existing penetrations in walls and ceilings.
- Contractor responsibility for all materials testing.
