A Bid Guarantee (SF-24) is required 90 days prior to the GMP option exercise (20% of bid or $3,000,000, whichever is less). Performance and payment bonds must be furnished within 14 days of GMP option exercise. Liquidated damages are set at $6,760 per calendar day.
