• Site Measurements: The measurements provided in the solicitation are the only ones available. Vendors are responsible for verifying measurements for quoting and post-award.

• Crack Filling Measurements: Interested vendors must determine measurements for crack filling. The Government will not provide measurements beyond what is in the solicitation.

• Wage Rates: Reference and a link to the applicable wage determination are included in Section H of the solicitation.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for crack sealing and seal coating services at Surry Mountain Lake in Surry, New Hampshire. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is procuring these services to prepare, seal cracks, and apply two coats of Polymer-Modified Asphalt Emulsion sealant to the dam access road, four parking areas, and a walkway.

• Preparation of surfaces, including crack cleaning and vegetation removal.

• Application of two coats of Polymer-Modified Asphalt Emulsion sealant.

• Work must comply with New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) standards.
