This document is Attachment 02, the Pricing Schedule for the Above Ground Storage Tanks (AGST) Service Contract. It outlines the pricing structure for the base year and four option years.

This solicitation seeks proposals for the annual inspection, testing, and repair of nine (9) Above Ground Fuel Storage Tanks (AGST) located at the US Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (USACRREL) facility in Hanover, NH. The services must comply with New Hampshire Department of Environmental Service (NHDES) regulations Env-Or 300 or the most current version.

• Perform annual inspections for each of the nine AGST.

• Prepare and submit all State-required forms, permits, approvals, and notifications to NHDES and relevant government agencies.

• Submit reports of tank activity to NHDES.
