• Pricing: Fixed margin cost per gallon added to the Selkirk Wholesale Propane terminal cost on the day of delivery. The wholesale price is used as a basis, not a requirement to purchase from that specific pipeline.

• Estimated Usage: 15,000 gallons per year, with an option to increase based on weather or equipment usage.

• Delivery Timing: Auto-delivery required; tanks must not be allowed to empty. 95% compliance for removal by deadlines.

• Invoicing: Monthly invoicing without errors (100% compliance).

• Quality Control: Provide a complete and accurate work schedule by the post-award orientation (100% compliance).

Personnel are subject to search. Compliance with FPCON, RAMs, and HPCON measures is required.

• Employment Eligibility: Compliance with FAR clause 52.222-54 (E-Verify Program) is mandatory.

• Safety: Adherence to EM 385-1-1 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910 regulations. An Accident Prevention Plan (APP) must be submitted and approved. Employees must review the APP. Seatbelt use, speed limits (10 mph), and back-up alarms on vehicles are required. No smoking in buildings or within 50 feet of entrances.

• Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs): Must be provided for any products used on facility. Approval required before use.

• Post Award Orientation: Mandatory meeting with Contracting Officer/TPOC/COR before work begins.
