- Weekly wastewater pumping of one DLA-owned 300-gallon latrine trailer located beside Building 57 at DLA Distribution Susquehanna.
- On-demand wastewater pumping (up to 25 times) of two additional DLA-owned 300-gallon latrine trailers, which may be located at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, New Cumberland, or DLA facilities at Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA.
Pumping and sanitizing services are required at least weekly or in accordance with state requirements, whichever is more stringent. The contractor is not responsible for cleaning services or providing supplies for wastewater pumping. ADA compliance is not mandatory for the portable latrines.
