• Equipment: Includes MHE, industrial equipment, battery chargers, motor vehicles, trailers, sweepers, shrink wrap machines, and other miscellaneous vehicles and equipment. Specific makes and models will be identified in task orders.

• Maintenance Types: Battery Preventative Maintenance (BPM), Preventative Maintenance (PM), and Corrective Maintenance (CM).

• Tasks: Includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, performing inspections, safety tests, and replacing defective components.

• Response Time: Respond to service calls within one (1) business day and be on-site within one (1) business day.

• Repair Time: Aim to return equipment to operational status within three (3) business days after parts receipt. If not, a corrective maintenance plan is required.

• Data Management: Utilize the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) for all maintenance and repair actions, including work order input, history documentation, and cost tracking.

• Period: No longer than a five-year ordering period from contract award.

• Place: DLA Distribution Tobyhanna, PA.

• Personnel: Contractor personnel must possess appropriate personnel clearances and complete required security training (Cyber Awareness, AT Level 1, OPSEC, etc.).

• System Access: Must obtain access to and be proficient in using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), including completing mandatory online training.

• Security: Adhere to all DLA and installation security regulations, including FPCONs and potential vehicle/personnel searches. Contractor personnel must identify themselves as non-government employees.

• Environmental & Safety: Comply with all Federal, State, Local, and DLA regulations regarding hazardous materials, waste disposal, and safety standards (OSHA).

• Parts: Use only new OEM parts or OEM-refurbished parts in "like new" condition. Replacement batteries and tires require COR approval.
