  • Software Proficiency: Ability to configure and program using Q-SYS 9.6 or above Designer Software, with an on-site laptop hosting programming and troubleshooting software.
  • Response & Visits: Remote network access assistance within 5 business hours, web-based portals for ticket creation, quarterly on-site system checkups (up to 3 days per visit), and certified technicians available for on-site emergency repairs within 3 business days.
  • Documentation: Familiarity with and/or development of continuity documentation for A/V systems.
  • Compliance: All work must adhere to VA safety standards, manufacturer/industry standards, NFPA-99, FDA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
