This solicitation is for Audio/Visual Support Services for the Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Health Care System. The services will support the Auditorium and conference rooms 1C143, 145, 147, 149, 150, and 151.

• Site walk-through for observation of equipment and room layout.

• Provision of all required services, proprietary license updates, and system realignments.

• Maintenance support for GFE equipment under factory warranty.

• Crestron brand name service solution and equivalent devices.

• Remote network access assistance within 5 business hours.

• Web-based portals for ticket creation and information.

• On-site laptop hosting programming and troubleshooting software (Q-SYS 9.6 or above).

• Quarterly site visits for AV system checkups, software, and firmware updates.

• Certified technician available for on-site emergency repairs within 3 business days.

• Technicians must demonstrate ability to troubleshoot, program, repair/replace specific AV equipment brands (Crestron, Extron, Blackmagic, etc.).

• Proof of capability to configure and program using Q-SYS 9.6 or above Designer Software.

• Familiarity with and/or development of continuity documentation for AV systems.

• Technical evaluation will consider Crestron certifications, remote network access, Q-SYS experience, technician skills, and programming capabilities.

• Past performance will be reviewed based on recent (within 3 years) and relevant experience.

• Pricing will be based on the total price for all contract line items, including options.

• Familiarity with and/or development of continuity documentation for room layouts and infrastructure.

• Technicians must hold Crestron Master Programmer certification, Extron certification, and factory training/certifications for specified brands.

• Total contract duration, including options, shall not exceed three (3) years.
