Scope of Work

- Maintenance & Support: Provision of all required services, proprietary license updates, system realignments, and maintenance for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) under factory warranty.
- Technical Expertise: Support for Crestron-based A/V systems, including Crestron brand name service solutions and equivalent devices. Technicians must be certified (Crestron Master Programmer, Extron certified) and factory-trained for various A/V equipment (e.g., Blackmagic, Ionogeni, Cisco, VADDIO, Samsung, NVX digital Matrix, Sony cameras, QSC audio systems).
- Software Proficiency: Ability to configure and program using Q-SYS 9.6 or above Designer Software, with an on-site laptop hosting programming and troubleshooting software.
- Response & Visits: Remote network access assistance within 5 business hours, web-based portals for ticket creation, quarterly on-site system checkups (up to 3 days per visit), and certified technicians available for on-site emergency repairs within 3 business days.
- Documentation: Familiarity with and/or development of continuity documentation for A/V systems.
- Compliance: All work must adhere to VA safety standards, manufacturer/industry standards, NFPA-99, FDA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
