Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To contract the removal of two old buildings, one gazebo, and one shed/outbuilding at Carnestown Corner in Ochopee, Florida, and restore each demolition footprint to a stable, level surface matching surrounding grades, suitable for natural revegetation.

• Demolition and removal of the Sheriff Office Building (approx. 1200 SF, CMU structure).

• Demolition and removal of the Chamber of Commerce (CoC) Building (approx. 900 SF, wood structure on CMU foundation).

• Demolition and removal of one gazebo (approx. 400 SF, pole structure).

• Demolition and removal of one 14-foot by 8-foot shed/outbuilding.

• Removal of all associated foundations, slabs, ramps, stairs, sidewalks, decks, walkways, and septic system components serving these structures.

• Removal of all debris in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Removal of shrubbery and trees within ten (10) feet of each structure.

Lead-based paint is also a possibility in both buildings, but no survey was conducted.

• Temporary Fencing Specifications: Minimum 8 feet height, galvanized chain-link or welded-wire anti-climb panels. • Demolish two buildings (Sheriff Office and Chamber of Commerce), one gazebo, and associated structures.

• Remove all components of the septic system, including tanks, distribution boxes, grinders, piping, and drainfield lines.

• Remove slabs, raised foundations, sidewalks, stairs, and ramps.

• Remove shrubbery and trees directly around the buildings and gazebo.
