Scope of Work

The selected subcontractor will perform the complete demolition of the Site 50 and Site 55 houses. This includes proper termination and rerouting of existing utilities, backfilling with suitable soil material upon completion, and site restoration. The work must adhere to the drawing set "13-1-69_Demo GPP_Final Design" and associated project manual specifications. The subcontractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, transportation, overhead, bonding, insurance, safety oversight, and quality control oversight. Key demolition requirements include removal to a depth of 18 inches below grade, prohibition of blasting, and a target of at least 50% recycling or salvage of non-hazardous construction and demolition materials.

• Price Evaluation: Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable proposals.
• Mandatory Submissions: A Corporate Quality Assurance Plan must be submitted with the bid; failure to do so may result in a non-responsive bid.

Offerors must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the RFP.
