Scope of Work

- Proper termination or rerouting of existing utilities.
- Backfilling with suitable soil and site restoration, including seeding.
- Recycling or salvaging at least 50% of non-hazardous demolition materials.
- Strict adherence to Fermilab’s Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H) and Quality Control requirements.

Evaluation
Award will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process. Technical proposals will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis considering:
- Corporate Capabilities and Past Experience.
- Key Personnel Experience.
- Safety Documentation (including OSHA 300 logs and EMR).
- Corporate Quality Assurance Plan (must be submitted with the proposal).
Additional Notes
A Bid Guarantee of 20% is required. Performance and Payment bonds are mandatory for subcontracts exceeding specific thresholds ($150k and $35k respectively). Access to the National Lab requires an Access Request form submitted at least 5 days prior to the site visit.
