- Rigid Diamond Mesh Tubes: Approximately 138,300 base quantity, plus optional quantities of 4,800 and 1,200. Tubes must be 5" diameter X 30" tall, 24-point Rigid Mesh, Translucent Yellow, with a 60-month photodegradable period. Acceptable brands include Quad L, Vexar, Conwed Plastics, Noltex, Nalle Plastics, or equal. Detailed specifications are in Attachment 4.
- Delivery: FOB Destination to Bend, OR, no later than March 25, 2026. A 72-hour delivery notification is required.
Contract & Timeline
- Award Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The government intends to make one or more awards.
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business (NAICS 333112 - Tree Service Equipment and Supplies (Manufacturing), Size Standard 1500 Employees).
- Quote Due Date: February 25, 2026, 2:00 PM PST.
- Delivery Date: No later than March 25, 2026.
- Published Date: February 18, 2026 (latest amendment).
