Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM). An amendment clarified vendor questions: local inserted channels are available via open channels; all main hospital areas are working; there is no direct IT path from the main hospital to the Fisher Houses (a separate satellite is on Building 509); Building 509 has a fiber link to Building 507 and a COAX connection to Building 514 and the Fisher Houses. No changes to the original solicitation's deadlines or submission requirements were made by the amendment.
