- Provision of a 12-month warranty on the system and installation.
- On-site personnel must possess interim or final SECRET clearance.
- Products must meet salient characteristics and brand name specifications, particularly for Extron components to ensure compatibility with existing matrix switches.
- Video walls must support up to 18 inputs in HDMI format supporting up to 4K.
- Required support includes 8x5 telephone helpdesk, remote engineering support, and on-site response within 8 business hours for trouble calls.
