Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, tools, facilities, materials, and services for local access to designated circuit demarcation points. This includes any necessary equipment, wiring, or infrastructure to ensure compatibility with Government systems without additional expense, and must include operator assistance functions. Services exclude residential or business services for non-Government entities. The contractor must adhere to all Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Public Utility Commission (PUC), Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and industry standards.

- Providing and installing transmission equipment and cables for local exchange access and transport service circuits at Government-provided floor space and connecting to Government power/termination frames.
