Performance Requirements
Services require continuous operation 24/7/365 with 99.9% availability. The contractor must provide timely and detailed notification for scheduled outages (NLT 30 days prior) and adhere to defined response and restoration times for various outage priorities (Catastrophic, Emergency, Serious, Routine), coordinated with the Government POC and adhering to Telecommunications Services Priority (TSP) and Restoration Priority List (RPL). Quality of Service (QoS) implementation for end-to-end latency and packet jitter for VoIP, video, and real-time traffic is also required.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability will be determined by Corporate Experience and meeting the minimum requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
