Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Caleb Parker at caleb.parker@va.gov by February 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. Technical questions were due by January 26, 2026. Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price, using Comparative Evaluation Procedures (FAR Part 13).
