Key Requirements & Qualifications

Proposed individuals must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in hardware and software application support in a networked enterprise environment, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and be familiar with Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, Wi-Fi Management, and Linux/Apple deployment. A current CompTIA Security certification is required, and candidates must be eligible for a DoD security clearance. Work hours are estimated at 8-20 hours per week, totaling approximately 1,040 hours annually, with emergency response required within 2 hours.
