Scope of Work

- Migrating data, installing, maintaining, and upgrading the Education Center's primary database.

- Administering Linux and Apple servers/networks, maintaining Ubiquiti Enterprise Wi-Fi, and managing Hyper-V virtual machines.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price purchase order.
- Period of Performance: A twelve (12) month base year commencing March 1, 2026, plus four (4) twelve (12) month option years, with a potential total duration of 5 years, 6 months.

- Set-Aside: No set-aside will be used due to the overseas location.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Proposed individuals must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in hardware and software application support in a networked enterprise environment, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and be familiar with Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, Wi-Fi Management, and Linux/Apple deployment. A current CompTIA Security certification is required, and candidates must be eligible for a DoD security clearance. Work hours are estimated at 8-20 hours per week, totaling approximately 1,040 hours annually, with emergency response required within 2 hours. Contractor employees must comply with base security regulations and receive necessary training.
