• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) or higher is required for all information systems processing, storing, or transmitting Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

• If the proposal exceeds $900K, offerors must submit a subcontracting plan identifying small business goals.

• Small Business Subcontracting Plan (DoD Contracts) is required for large business offerors.

• Funds are not presently available for this effort; award will be made when funds are available.

• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.

• Offerors are advised to review all RFP documents and ensure they are proposing to all requirements.
