• Testing Fixtures: Special tools, fixtures, and removable lifting hooks referenced in documents are generally not deliverables unless used in the manufacturing process. However, lifting hooks are considered deliverables for safe handling. If test fixtures are proposed, they will become deliverables.
• Design Revision: The newest design revision for the Elevation Gearbox features a modified housing identical for upper and lower positions, with a concave spherical mounting detail.
• Mounting Plate: The mating convex spherical "rocker" mounting plate and associated hardware are expected to be provided with the new gearbox.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of Elevation Gearbox spares, designed as direct form, fit, and function replacements for existing units. The gearboxes must precisely adhere to specific mechanical and electrical specifications outlined in referenced documents. The contractor shall design, develop, manufacture, and deliver these gearboxes.

• Design, develop, manufacture, and deliver Elevation Gearboxes.
