- Emergency Management Training: Develop and deliver courses aligned with DoD, DON, and USMC policy, covering EM fundamentals, ICS/NIMS, and program compliance. Six courses are planned, including ICS 300/400, IS-2200, G-191, E-0101, E-0103, or equivalents, for approximately 25 participants each.
- EOC Operations Training & Support: Enhance EOC personnel proficiency through orientation, position-specific training (for Finance, Logistics, Planning, Operations roles), SOP review, and drills.
- Base Defense OPLAN Development: Assist in updating and validating the Base Defense OPLAN, including workshops and threat assessments.
- Recovery Working Group Support: Facilitate meetings, update recovery frameworks, and conduct capability assessments.
- MCCAMS & Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Training: Provide training and support for these programs.
- Unified Command & Exercise Support: Design and facilitate exercises, including full-scale Unified Command exercises (4-6 hours duration), scenario development, and AAR/IPs.
