  • EOC Operations Training & Support: Enhance EOC personnel proficiency through orientation, position-specific training (for Finance, Logistics, Planning, Operations roles), SOP review, and drills.
  • Base Defense OPLAN Development: Assist in updating and validating the Base Defense OPLAN, including workshops and threat assessments.
  • Recovery Working Group Support: Facilitate meetings, update recovery frameworks, and conduct capability assessments.
  • MCCAMS & Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Training: Provide training and support for these programs.
  • Unified Command & Exercise Support: Design and facilitate exercises, including full-scale Unified Command exercises (4-6 hours duration), scenario development, and AAR/IPs.
