Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• The contractor is expected to perform all services in the most direct, cost effective, and timely manner.

• Strive for an on-line factor of 98% or greater for the GM-38 System.

• Successful project management and administrative support to keep the project on scope, schedule, and budget.

• Navy acceptance of each deliverable with no resubmittals required due to inadequate content or poor quality.

• The task order will be for a one-year base term with options to extend for three additional periods, not to exceed fifty-four (54) months total.

• Location: NWIRP Bethpage, New York.

• The contractor must provide an operator with Grade 2/2A Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certification (Licensed through NYSDEC/NYWEA) and experience in operating and maintaining treatment systems.

• All personnel must have an 8-hr refresher certification for 40-hr Hazardous Waste Operations Training (29 CFR 1910.120).

• Adherence to the approved Operation, Maintenance and Monitoring Plan (OM&M Plan) and Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP).

• Data must be submitted to the Navy's NIRIS system.

• All communications with parties outside of the Navy team must be coordinated through the NAVFAC RPM.
