Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive OM&M services for the GM-38 System, including project management, administrative support, plan development/updates, Groundwater Treatment Plant (GWTP) operation and maintenance, effluent monitoring, air emission monitoring, groundwater monitoring, Indefinite Quantity (IDQ) items for repairs, and data submission/reports. A key performance standard is maintaining an on-line factor of 98% or greater for the GM-38 System. The period of performance is a one-year base term with options for three additional periods, totaling up to 54 months. Special requirements include certified wastewater treatment plant operators (Grade 2/2A NYSDEC/NYWEA) and personnel with 40-hr Hazardous Waste Operations Training refreshers.

This is a Solicitation for a Task Order awarded on a fair opportunity basis under FAR 16.505. All terms and conditions of the N4008524D0106/0107/0108/0109 IDIQ Contract apply. The set-aside is not specified. The Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination No. 2015-4157 Rev 30 applies.
Evaluation & Submission
Award will be based on a best value determination, specifically selecting the proposal with the lowest evaluated price. The Government will evaluate offerors on price only.
