Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for Bat Guano and Pigeon Feces Abatement services at the Sheridan VA Health Care System in Sheridan, WY. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract.

• Professional abatement services to remove bat guano and pigeon feces from attic spaces.

• Services include site inspections, moistening droppings before removal, double-bagging for disposal, wearing HEPA-equipped respirators or SCBA, and using negative air pressure machines.

• Sanitization of affected areas, including wiping down ducts.

• Reporting of visible entry points and any live or dead bats found to the COR.
