The scope includes mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, data, and control systems, and utilities. The ultimate goal is to support AEDC's research, development, test, and evaluation mission.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Multiple-Award IDIQ, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) CLINs.
- Number of Awards: Target eight contracts.

- Period of Performance: Eight years (three-year base, one three-year option, one two-year option).
- Task Order Limits: Minimum $1,000 per awardee, maximum $50 Million per task order. Individual task orders will be competed using Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests (FOPRs) via Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) or full tradeoff.
- Set-Aside: Full and Open Competition. Small Business Participation is a key evaluation factor. Other Than Small Businesses (OTSBs) must submit an acceptable Small Business Subcontracting Plan with DoD goals (e.g., 30% total SB, 5% SDVOSB, 3% HUBZone, 5% SDB, 5% WOSB).
- Bonding: Required minimum $50M single / $100M aggregate.
